So I never really appreciated how well leopard print and green went together until Erena styled this outfit and suggested we put this green belt with my leopard peplum top. I had no idea 'leopard and green' was such a great combo. So I did a search to find a relevant interior image and turns out many other people have also made this discovery, and it really is a 'thing'. I highly recommend Love Maegan's Dynamic Duo post for more fantastic green and leopard print examples.

Dita does the leopard and green combo with fantastic retro glamour and style. The tortoiseshell sunglasses also have that leopard quality with the black and brown tones and complements her outfit perfectly.

Even if you're not a leopard print fan, I think you can appreciate the beauty of this combo and make it work with your own personal style.

  1. I had no idea that green and leopard print go so well either but then again considering the leopard camouflages so well in rainforests, it should have been totally duh-oh!

    1. Hi Portia, I know right! Neither did I :) Maybe looking to nature for fashion inspiration could be a whole new blog concept! Thanks for your comments :)

  2. Green and leopard print are so great together! I never would have thought of it, either. I love your outfit! I also really love the new header. It's so pretty!

    1. Thanks Kristina :) I got my husband to draw the new header, he's a very talented illustrator but with busy lives doesn't get much time to draw these days, so it was good to give him an excuse/reason/brief to draw something unique for me. You should try leopard and green sometime :)

  3. I'm personally a big fan of homebecomesher blog. Thanks for sharing this post.
